What is the difference between Starter and Growth?
Starter is $97 monthly or $997 annually, with a 14-day trial and 30-day money-back guarantee. Growth adds a PM and fractional team access at $1,497 quarterly or $5,797 annually (choose your billing cycle). Additional work outside membership scope is $57/hour, approved in advance.
How is Starter billed?
Starter is $97 monthly or $997 annually. Growth offers quarterly or annual billing; Momentum requires a strategy session and acceptance.
Is Momentum really one budget?
Yes. The $10,000 monthly Momentum budget includes marketing-team work, project management, advertising dollars, CMO leadership, and software. The strategy determines the work schedule and allocation. There are no separate fees for those categories on top of that agreed budget.
Which plan has the ROI guarantee?
Only Momentum. We agree the ROI measure and responsibilities in writing. If the agreed return is not achieved within 90 days, we keep working under the continuation commitment.
Do I have to replace every tool at once?
No. Start with the biggest missed opportunity. We review what to keep, connect, or migrate and plan the transition before making changes.
Is Starter setup really free?
Yes. Your 14-day Starter software trial includes customized setup, a $5,000 value stated by Local Digital Buzz. We configure your business snapshot, AI agent, reviews, social publishing connections and centralized inbox. You provide the business information, access and approvals needed to complete onboarding. Metered usage is separate.
Can I start with Starter and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Keep the foundation and add support as your business needs it. Request Growth when you want a project manager and team access. Momentum starts with a strategy session, a fit review and an agreed 90-day plan; it is not an automatic upgrade. Explore the growth path and example economics.
How do upgrades and downgrades work?
Contact your team to request a plan change. We confirm the new scope, billing date and any credits or charges before making the change. Before a downgrade, we review workflows, data and features that depend on your current plan so you know what will change. Momentum changes follow your signed engagement terms. Self-service one-click plan changes are not currently available.
Are books and podcasts included in Momentum?
Yes. Book writing and publishing, podcast production and other authority projects are included in your agreed Momentum scope and production schedule, with no separate production fee on top of the agreed budget. We use $15,000 per book project and $6,000 per podcast season as illustrative planning values, not cash credits or market averages. These are not added again to the monthly comparison. Scope, timing, distribution and quantities are agreed before production.
