$5,000 is Local Digital Buzz’s stated setup value, not an additional charge. Delivery depends on receiving your content, account access and approvals. The 14-day trial covers Starter software; metered usage remains separate.
Use contribution after delivery costs—not headline revenue—to judge marketing affordability. These invented scenarios show the arithmetic only. They are not typical results, forecasts or promises. Replace every assumption with your actual margins, capacity, close rate and cash-collection timing.
| Example business | Assumed contribution per sale | Starter: $97 / month | Growth: $1,497 / quarter | Momentum: $30,000 / 90 days |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Roofing | $3,000 per completed job after labor, materials and variable costs | 1 additional job | 1 additional job | 10 additional jobs |
| Real estate | $4,000 per closing after broker split and transaction costs | 1 additional closing | 1 additional closing | 8 additional closings |
| Gym | $150 per prepaid three-month membership after variable fulfillment costs | 1 additional membership | 10 additional memberships | 200 additional memberships |
| Personal trainer | $600 per prepaid coaching package after delivery costs | 1 additional package | 3 additional packages | 50 additional packages |
Each column has its own stated billing period. These thresholds cover only that plan payment—not all operating expenses or a target profit. Starter and Growth usage, optional production and any separate media spend increase the threshold. Momentum includes the agreed media allocation. Only count sales attributable to the effort and contribution realized in the relevant period.
Example: the roofer’s $10,000 monthly Momentum budget needs about 3.34 jobs at $3,000 contribution per job just to cover that monthly investment: round up to four. Across the initial quarter, $30,000 ÷ $3,000 = ten jobs. This calculation does not predict whether those jobs can be generated.
Paying the initial Momentum quarter upfront? $28,500 ÷ the same contribution assumptions gives thresholds of 10 roofing jobs, 8 closings, 190 gym memberships or 48 coaching packages. Lower upfront cash is not always the better economic choice; keep sufficient working capital to deliver the work.
Connect missed-call follow-up and estimate reminders first. Then delegate local content and campaigns. Scale only when estimating and installation capacity can keep up.
Roofing lead-generation ideas →Organize inquiries, listings and nurture sequences. Add newsletters, branded magazines and authority content. Judge campaigns against closed transactions and the length of your sales cycle.
Real estate lead-generation ideas →Follow up on trial visits, consultations and no-shows. Add retention campaigns before increasing acquisition spend. Track collected contribution and capacity, not projected lifetime revenue alone.
Explore customer follow-up automation →Yes. Your 14-day Starter software trial includes customized setup, a $5,000 value stated by Local Digital Buzz. We configure your business snapshot, AI agent, reviews, social publishing connections and centralized inbox. You provide the business information, access and approvals needed to complete onboarding. Metered usage is separate.
Absolutely. Keep the foundation and add support as your business needs it. Request Growth when you want a project manager and team access. Momentum starts with a strategy session, a fit review and an agreed 90-day plan; it is not an automatic upgrade. Compare plans and payment options.
Contact your team to request a plan change. We confirm the new scope, billing date and any credits or charges before making the change. Before a downgrade, we review workflows, data and features that depend on your current plan so you know what will change. Momentum changes follow your signed engagement terms. Self-service one-click plan changes are not currently available.
Yes. Book writing and publishing, podcast production and other authority projects are included in your agreed Momentum scope and production schedule, with no separate production fee on top of the agreed budget. We use $15,000 per book project and $6,000 per podcast season as illustrative planning values, not cash credits or market averages. These are not added again to the monthly comparison. Scope, timing, distribution and quantities are agreed before production.
