The website describes Local Digital Buzz services. Your accepted proposal, service agreement, and checkout terms define the actual engagement, delivery schedule, billing, cancellation and responsibilities.

Local Digital Buzz SMS program

Sender: LOCAL DIGITAL BUZZ LLC (Local Digital Buzz). If you choose the marketing consent option in our chat widget, you may receive promotional texts about our software memberships, marketing services, offers and events. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Your consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Accepting these Terms or submitting an inquiry does not itself authorize marketing texts.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Your wireless provider may charge message and data fees for texts you send or receive. Ask your provider about your plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages or get help

Reply STOP to a program text to unsubscribe. A final confirmation may be sent; promotional texts will then stop. To join again, submit a new opt-in through our chat widget. Reply HELP for assistance, email hello@localdigitalbuzz.com or call (850) 786-4881.

Current offer ladder

• Starter: $97/month or $997/year, after a 14-day software trial. Usage costs are separate.
• Growth: $1,497 billed quarterly or $5,797 billed yearly, with PM coordination and fractional team access. Additional approved work is $57/hour.
• Momentum: initial 90-day engagement after acceptance, paid as three $10,000 monthly payments or $28,500 upfront with 5% off. No public self-enrollment.

The 14-day checkout

Starter includes a 14-day software trial, then $97 monthly or $997 annually according to the selected option. Your 30-day membership money-back guarantee begins with the first membership payment.

ROI commitment

Only Momentum includes the 90-day ROI commitment. The agreement defines the ROI calculation, start date, responsibilities and continuation terms. If the agreed return is not achieved, the commitment is continued work and active software/systems at no additional service cost until it is. It is not an automatic refund or a promise that every marketing activity produces a particular result.

Comparisons and content

Software comparisons identify selected products, dates, billing assumptions and exclusions. Vendor products differ and prices can change. Illustrative service budgets are not vendor quotes. Brand names identify their respective owners and do not imply endorsement. Produced news-style interviews do not by themselves establish a network editorial appearance.
