THE TEAM BEHIND THE EPISODE

Six roles. One coordinated team.

A podcast needs more than an editor. Growth gives you project management and access to specialists, with approved additional production at a consistent $57 per labor hour.

One rate to plan around

$57 per approved labor hour across the scoped production work. If two specialists each work one hour, that is two billable hours.

One person to coordinate it

Your Growth project manager coordinates briefs, priorities and handoffs, so you do not have to manage separate vendors.

Content with somewhere to go

Connect episodes to your social, email, website and follow-up plan. Production scope and approvals stay visible.

See the assumptions and what's excluded

Assumes clean recordings, standard edits, one review round, supplied brand assets and existing publishing accounts. Each episode models: planning 0.5–1 hour; audio editing 1.5–3 × episode duration; additional video editing 1.5–3 × duration; notes 0.5–1 hour; artwork 0.25–0.5 hour; publishing preparation 0.25–0.5 hour; and 0.25–0.5 hour per clip. New-show planning and initial branding add an illustrative 4–8 hours once. These are LDB planning assumptions, not measured freelancer averages.

Recording sessions, extensive repairs, guest booking or paid placements, travel, equipment, hosting, usage and advertising are excluded from this calculator. Final labor can fall outside the range. Momentum production is prioritized inside its agreed budget and is not priced with this Growth calculator.

Estimated ongoing production: 8.5–17 labor hours/month.

KNOW WHAT YOU'RE SAYING YES TO

Your podcast questions, answered.

Can you help me start a podcast from scratch?

Yes. We can scope positioning, a show format, episode planning, recording coordination, editing and launch support. We agree the episode count, responsibilities and approval process before work begins.

Do you also arrange podcast interviews?

Yes. Podcast interview opportunities are part of our authority-building capabilities. Guest appearances and producing your own show are different services. Your proposal specifies the interviews, audience fit, preparation and production included; named outlets or individual hosts are not implied by this page.

Is podcast production included in the $97 Starter plan?

No. Starter is our software membership, with a 14-day software trial and free customized setup. Recording, editing, interview placement and podcast management are separately scoped services.

How does Growth pricing work for a podcast project?

Growth provides project management and fractional team access at $1,497 quarterly or $5,797 annually. Approved work outside membership scope is $57/hour. We estimate the hours and define deliverables before you authorize additional work; the membership is not an unlimited podcast-production package.

Is podcast work included in Momentum?

Yes. Podcast production and authority-building work can be included in your agreed Momentum strategy and production schedule, alongside leadership, the team, software and ad spend. Momentum starts at $10,000/month for the initial 90 days, or $28,500 paid upfront for that quarter. It requires a strategy session and acceptance; there is no direct checkout.

Can one recording become social posts and ads?

Yes. We can scope short clips, captions, show notes, email content and campaign creative from approved recordings. The number of assets, formats, editing rounds and usage rights are agreed in your brief.

Do I have to travel to Panama City?

Not necessarily. We serve businesses across the U.S. and can coordinate remote production. Studio sessions, on-location recording, crew and travel requirements are arranged as part of the scope.

What results should I expect?

We agree measures such as production consistency, relevant audience engagement, qualified inquiries and booked conversations. A podcast alone does not guarantee leads or revenue. The ROI commitment applies only to accepted Momentum engagements under their written terms.

Who owns the finished content?

Your agreement defines ownership, source-file access, licensing and reuse rights, including music, guest releases and third-party material. We confirm these details before production so you know where the finished content can be used.

ONE TEAM. ONE PLATFORM. ONE GOAL.

What could the right people learn from you?

Bring your idea—or your existing show. We'll discuss your audience, production needs and how a podcast could support the rest of your business.
